Most issues with game servers are caused by a recently installed mod or change in the configuration.
The first step in troubleshooting should be to check the server console or log, to see if there is an error message and if so correct the error.
If you can't find any error then try reverting any changes you have recently made and then try starting the server again.
Please also consider the possibility that one of your friends/clan members has made a modification to your server if you gave them credentials to access the control panel.
Sometimes a game server can act strange even if you haven't made any changes to it, please try restarting it and see if the problem persists.
If the server is still not working correctly then you should reinstall it from the control panel as this reverts it back to our tested default configuration. (The reinstall button can be found in the actions tab of your game server.)
You might want to make a backup of any modified files before reinstalling, so that you can easily restore the servers configuration and installed mods by uploading them back to the server after the issue has been resolved.
If you are still having issues on a cleanly installed server then please open a support ticket and we will investigate the issue.
Please take note that we can only provide support for the base game and it's configuration and not for the enormous amount of third party content (i.e. plugins/mods) and variation of settings that may be available for your game.
If you need support for the third party content which you want to use we suggest that you contact the creator of the content or the party from which you obtained it.
In some cases you may also be able to get support for the third party content on a community forum.
