Game/Voice Server Control Panel
If you have lost your password for the server control panel you can change it by using the change password feature located on your service tab, this tab is located under Your Active Products/Services in the client area.
The username is the same as your email address.
Client Area
The username for the client area is the same as your email address which you used to register.
